Road to Freedom Solutions strives to provide the highest quality rental operations service available. We are a professional staff of operations personnel led by an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate and rental operations.
We use our knowledge, experience and our own customized standard operating practices to provide an experience of freedom and world class customer service to our customers.

Kyle L. McCullers
Chief Executive Officer
Kyle worked in corporate America for two decades in operations as a mortgage underwriter and manager holding numerous underwriting designations including FHA CHUMS and VA SAR/LAPP before leaving and becoming an entrepreneur in the real estate investment space. In addition Kyle is a private real estate investor and rental property operator. His real world experience in managing, flipping and deal structuring gives him a unique perspective and understanding that helps to protect his clients in ways others cannot. Kyle is married and a father of three living in Tampa, FL.
Allen “Jennie” Pamisa
Operations Pilot
Jennie studied Financial Management and worked four years at Intuit QuickBooks as a Subject Matter Expert. Jennie also spent two years as a Product Specialist with Buildium. Additionally, she contributed to telecommunications technical support assisting customers of major companies like Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and StraightTalk. Jennie excels in addressing customer inquiries, issues and bookkeeping.
Karen Meredith
Operations Pilot
Karen Meredith has a bachelors of Business Administration and is an experienced Virtual Assistant who specializes in Rental Management and Real Estate. Her years of experience as a freelancer in Rental Management, she has developed her expertise to deliver quality customer service for our clients.
Melissa Cordoba
Operations Pilot
Melissa Cordoba has worked in property management for many years and is an expert in Section-8 procedure and paperwork. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a mother of two beautiful girls.
